Users may select different tax rates for tickets, products, product fees, ticket service fees & add-ons. To access these settings, go to admin.seatengine.com. Log in with your SeatEngine credentials. Click MANAGE.
In the left hand navigation panel, select WEBSITE CONFIG and then click SETTINGS.
Users will see a screen with fields to select different tax rates for products, product fees, tickets, ticket service fees and add-ons.
**If a user has a venue owner permission level, they will see a tab next to the TAXES setting that says GATEWAY. This is where payment gateway credentials can be updated.
