You can now customize the design on your event Tickets and Receipts.
From the Admin portal, admin.seatengine.com, navigate to Ticket Settings > Ticket Design.
Select whether you would like to edit the Ticket or Receipt
Add a New Text Area and drag it to the desired location.
This is where you can edit the Text Area's content, orientation, and design.
For template fields, fields that will be populated dynamic, use the available fields: id, order_number, event_name, show_date, show_time, qr_code_url, venue_name, organization_name. between curly brackets. For example {{event_name}}.
Click the Hide Stub slider to disable the removable ticket stub feature.
You can also edit the Print at Home design template here.
When complete, click "Save Print Template."
