Below are the steps for how you can access a past show's email list (will call list) to then use for email marketing purposes.


  • Login to Seat Engine from admin.seatengine.com and select Manage, taking you to the New Admin Dashboard page
  • Click on Events & Showtimes from the left side Navigation Bar
  • Click on Legacy Event List
  • Click on either Calendar or Full Event List (recommended) to search for the show you want to pull a list from
  • Locate the show(s), click on the show name and then Will Call for the desired show
  • When the "Opps" Messaging pops up, Click on the Blue "Export list as CSV" button


  • Create a new CSV Excel sheet (Example starter sheet attached) and copy the emails only from that list into the new sheet. Save the sheet as a CSV and then import that new list into the emailer.
