This is located in our NEW ADMIN, (admin.seatengine.com). Click MANAGE > CUSTOMERS. 


Event Creation/Event Editing

This is located in the NEW ADMIN, which you can access by clicking ADMIN (upper right corner of your venue’s website) & selecting EVENTS & SHOWTIMES on the left-hand navigation panel > NEW EVENT. To edit existing events click EVENTS & SHOWTIMES > EVENTS > select the event you wish to edit. Order Creation

This is in our NEW ADMIN (admin.seatengine.com). Click BOX OFFICE >  Select EVENT > Select either FULL ORDER (phone order) or QUICK ORDER (walk up). To learn more, please visit our Order Creation help desk article.


Order Search

This is in our NEW ADMIN (admin.seatengine.com). Click MANAGE > ORDERS on the left-hand navigation panel. To learn more, please visit our Order Search help desk article

 

Seat Maps (Venue Assigned Seating)

If you use our assigned seating feature, you can create & manage your seat maps on the NEW ADMIN (admin.seatengine.com) . Click MANAGE > SEATING ARRANGEMENTS > CREATE SEATING MAP.


Tax & Gateway Settings

Ticket Design

Ticket Editing / Issuing Refunds

Upcoming Events

This is in our NEW ADMIN (admin.seatengine.com). Click MANAGE > EVENTS & SHOWTIMES on the left-hand navigation panel.


Venue Reports

Your reports now live in our NEW ADMIN (admin.seatengine.com). Click MANAGE > REPORTS on the left-hand navigation panel. **Until we finish updating all of your old data, please use the old reports found at admin-old.seatengine.com.**

 



Site Admin


Applying Venue Credits (unpaid credits not attached to ticket orders)

This is still located on the site admin, which you can access by clicking ADMIN (upper right corner of your venue’s website) > select CUSTOMERS from the left-hand navigation panel search for the customer click DETAILS > select CREDITS > manually apply a credit to the customer’s profile. 


Email Marketing

This is still located on the site admin, which you can access by clicking ADMIN (upper right corner of your venue’s website) & selecting EMAIL MARKETING from the left-hand navigation panel.


Export Will Call Lists

This is still located on the site admin, which you can access by clicking ADMIN (upper right corner of your venue’s website) > UPCOMING EVENTS > click WILL CALL next to the desired show click EXPORT LIST AS CSV

 

Marketing

This is still located on the site admin, which you can access by clicking ADMIN (upper right corner of your venue’s website) & selecting MARKETING from the left-hand navigation panel. 

 

Promo Codes

This is still located on the site admin, which you can access by clicking ADMIN (upper right corner of your venue’s website) & selecting PROMO CODES from the left-hand navigation panel. 


Venue Settings

This is still located on the site admin, which you can access by clicking ADMIN (upper right corner of your venue’s website) & select SETTINGS from the left-hand navigation panel. 


Venue dashboard
This can still be found on the site admin which you can access by clicking ADMIN (upper right corner of your venue’s website)


Web Store

If you sell products (such as gift cards or venue-branded items), your store will still be managed on the site admin which you can access by clicking ADMIN (upper right corner of your venue’s website) & selecting STORE.
